Below are some of the most common tech FAQs you might have.

There are two types of profiles: team and individual profiles. Both are created the same way.

(1) You want to set up a team for the PFG?

Team captains need to register twice (with two email accounts). They need to register themselv as "Individual" and their team as "PFG Team". Once a team is successfully set up, it will appear on the PFG team list.

1) Click Register
2) Fill in the required info
   a) Gender: leave blank
   b) Nationality: Choose "International" (at the very end) if your team consists of players from different countries
   c) Type: PFG Team
   d) City: City where the tournament takes place
e) PFG Disciplines: Select the disciplines you and your team wants to participate in
   f) Field of Study: leave blank
   g - i) Name, last & user name: Name of your team

3) Click "Send Registration"
4) Confirm Welcome Email (also check your junk mail folder)

(2) You want to add a teammate/buddy?

There are two ways to add your teammate to the team profile: team captain adds team player, or team player adds team (adding a friend works the same).

Important: Before the player can appear on the team profile, (s)he needs to accept the connection.

Log in to your team (not individual) profile
Search for the (first and/or last) name of your teammate/buddy in the SEARCH FIELD (top left)
Click on his/her thumbnail picture
Click "Request Connection" (on the right)
Once (s)he has accepted your request, his/her picture is on the team profile

(3) You want to upload a picture to your personal/team profile?

Log in
Click "My Profile"
Click "Upate/Upload your image"

We need to approve your main profile picture so the picture will not appear immediately. We only accept picture of yourself on your personal profile. On your team profile you can put pretty much anything you want.

(4) You want to change your password?

Log in
Click My Profile
Click Update your profile
Click Contact Info
Click Update

(5) You want to be notified when someone sends you a private message?

Log in
Click "You have x new private messages"
Click "Settings"
Choose "E-mail-notification on new messages"
Click"Save Changes"

Whenever you get a private message, you will receive a notification to your registered email account.

(6) You want to edit your team profile?

Log in
Click My Profile
Click Update your Profile
Select Profile
Make your profile look nice with the editor
Click Update
